Review policy

Trust is WiseNod’s most important asset, so here is exactly how reviews are created and published.

Three kinds of review

  • Research review: written by the WiseNod team from maker specifications, shop buyer comments and video reviews. We have not tested the product ourselves.
  • Hands-on tested: products we used ourselves and reviewed on YouTube.
  • Buyer review: the experience of users like you, with pros, cons, rating and photos.

WiseNod score and buyer rating

The WiseNod score (out of 10) is our own assessment. The buyer rating (out of 5) is calculated only from approved buyer reviews. An AI summary of buyer reviews and comments helps keep the key facts up to date. The two are never mixed.

Verified Buyer badge

When a review comes with proof of purchase (an invoice or order screenshot), we check it and add the Verified Buyer badge. The proof is never published.

Reviews we do not publish

  • Abuse, personal attacks, or someone else’s phone number or address
  • Ads, links or spam
  • Proven fake reviews, or reviews written by the seller
  • Text unrelated to the product

We publish every honest review, good or bad. One buyer can review a product only once.
