Our detailed opinion
Philips HR2041 is a 450W blender from the Philips 3000 series. According to shop listings, it has the ProBlend system, stainless steel blades and a plastic jar, with a 1-year service warranty.
Who it is good for
If you mainly make fruit juice, smoothies, milkshakes or lassi, this is a simple choice from a familiar brand.
Things to keep in mind
450W is not enough for grinding dry chilli, turmeric or cumin for Bangladeshi cooking. At the same price you can get 750W to 1200W 3-jar models from local brands. Prices also differ by more than Tk 1,500 between shops, so compare a few.
Our verdict
Fine for juice and smoothies only, but better options exist for local cooking at the same price.
