Before buying from a Facebook page, Instagram shop or website, paste its link here and see what other buyers experienced.

5 checks before buying online

  1. Choose cash on delivery when possible. Do not send the full amount in advance by bKash/Nagad.
  2. Check how old the page is and whether its name changed often (Page transparency).
  3. A price far below the market is a warning sign.
  4. Open and check the product before paying; record a video in front of the delivery person.
  5. Comments turned off, prices only in inbox, and pressure to hurry are common warning signs.
